Let us welcome your guests to Vie like family! Our professional valet attendants will greet your friends and family curbside, ready and waiting for even those guests arriving up to one hour before your start time. When the weather cools, we provide complimentary staff-attended coat check for your guests. Once inside, they will be offered a glass of our favorited champagne and our staff will be ready to guide them through our abundant cocktail selections, including cold stations, like our famous chilled seafood display, and our popular chef-attended interactive stations. Also included in our cocktail hour and a half is over thirty different butlered hors d’oeuvres, all handcrafted and made with in-house recipes – you can’t get these anywhere else! Of course, your guests won’t be disappointed in our top-shelf open bar, craft beer, and customizable signature cocktail!
Your Event Manager and Maître D’ will welcome your guests while waiting to escort you and your bridal party to an exclusive bridal suite, complete with private entrance and a generous sampling of Cescaphe Event Group’s specialty appetizers and beverages, in addition to VIP Maître D’ service for the Bride and Groom and immediate family. Allow our Event Manager to bustle your gown while you relax – take your time, you have an hour and a half! Don’t stress over the details – we offer a place card table or seating chart easel, birdcage rental, and soft background music for cocktail hour.
Vie features three separate cocktail spaces -- Foyer, Mosaic Room, and Lounge. The Foyer serves as the entryway to Vie, as well as your first cocktail hour space. Here you will find two full service bars and two chef-attended interactive stations. This space features a mix of high and low tables with chiavari chairs, votives for each table, and elegant lanterns on the stairs. Flocking the foyer entrance are two flat screens that can be used for a slideshow or seating chart.
The Mosaic Room is only a few steps away from the foyer and features a one-of-a-kind imported Italian mosaic. Two handicap accessible ramps also lead to this space, which is furnished with four black velvet benches and a sleek black table to display photographs or place cards. The third cocktail space, the Lounge, is located just past the mosaic wall and is beautifully furnished with silver and teal arm chairs, white coffee tables and stools, and votive candles on each table. The lounge also boasts a forty-foot long food library, featuring a customizable ice sculpture and famous raw bar, as well as a full service, 360° bar. This is a great space for photo booths or step and repeats, and is available all evening for guests to rest their ears.
