Cescaphe Event Group proudly offers a six hour reception as a standard for our Brides and Grooms! Our unique reception ensures that your family and friends have plenty of time to enjoy all of our wonderful food and bar amenities. Your guests can relax knowing there is plenty of time to eat, drink, mingle, and dance while our staff guides them through each portion of the evening.
As cocktail hour (and a half) concludes, our top-shelf bar will remain open as your guests make their way inside where our staff personally welcome your guests into the ballroom and direct them to their seats. At their table, your guests will be awed by our immaculate place settings including a chilled champagne toast, charger plates, personalized menus, stylized table numbers, chiavari chairs, and custom linen styles and napkin colors, at no additional cost to our Brides and Grooms.
Your menu will include a 3-course elaborate dinner with your choice of salad, sorbet and three gourmet entrée selections. Our wait staff will take your guests’ orders tableside, offering suggestions and detailed descriptions for each menu option. Each member of the Cescaphe Event Group wait and kitchen staff is trained over the course of a six week program and embody the Cescaphe Event Group culture of genuine caring and passion. They aim to exceed your guests’ expectations, personalizing the experience for each of the special people in your life.
Your experienced and professional day-of staff, including an Event Manager, Maître D’, Head Server, Event Chef, Bar Manager and Valet Manager will coordinate every minute of your day, accounting for each of the formalities (toasts, speeches, first dance, parent dances, bouquet and garter toss, cake cutting and any special requests). So sit back and relax on your special day - there’s plenty of time and people to help during your six hour reception!
