As guests are seated, they are greeted by their servers and a customized menu placed at each setting. With our help, each of our Brides and Grooms will create their own elaborate 3-course menu. As a Bride and Groom at one of our venues, you will choose from over thirty different salad and sorbet combinations and over seventy different gourmet entrées. There is definitely something on the Cescaphe Event Group menu for everyone! Don’t worry about having to ask your guests what they want for dinner - we eliminate the extra work for you and take care of each guests’ order tableside!
Our friendly servers will welcome and get to know your guests, taking each of their orders and preferences. Our educated servers and chefs are happy to accommodate special meal requests such as vegan, kosher, vegetarian, gluten free and, of course, children's meals. Once orders are taken, each guest will enjoy a specially selected salad, alongside a freshly baked roll, followed by an intermezzo of fruit sorbet. We will then serve each entrée, cooked to perfection, accompanied by a starch of your selection and seasonal vegetables.
Throughout your courses, your event team will coordinate dancing and toasts with your vendors and the kitchen to ensure the perfect dining experience for both you and your guests. As your evening progresses, you and your guests will enjoy tableside coffee and tea service, a viennese display with decadent desserts from our in-house pastry chef, and a chef-attended action station, as well as a customized four tiered wedding cake.
