Let us welcome your guests to the Cescaphe Ballroom like family! Our professional valet attendants will greet your friends and family curbside, ready and waiting for even those guests arriving up to one hour before your start time. When the weather cools, we provide complimentary staff-attended coat check for your guests. Once inside, they will be offered a glass of our favorited champagne and our staff will be ready to guide them through our abundant cocktail selections, including cold stations, like our famous chilled seafood display, and our popular chef-attended interactive stations. Also included in our cocktail hour and a half are over thirty different butlered hors d’oeuvres, all handcrafted and made with in-house recipes – you can’t get these anywhere else! Of course, your guests won’t be disappointed in our top-shelf open bar, craft beer, and customizable signature cocktail!
Your Event Manager and Maître D’ will welcome your guests while waiting to escort you and your bridal party to your exclusive bridal suite overlooking the Grand Ballroom, complete with a generous sampling of Cescaphe Event Group’s specialty appetizers and beverages, in addition to VIP Maître D’ service for the Bride and Groom and immediate family. Allow our Event Manager to bustle your gown while you relax – take your time, you have an hour and a half! Don’t stress over the details – we offer a placecard table or seating chart easel, birdcage rental, and soft background music for cocktail hour.
Cescaphe Ballroom features three separate cocktail spaces -- Garden Courtyard, Lounge, and Main Cocktail room with balconies overlooking the Grand Ballroom. The Garden Courtyard serves as the entryway to Cescaphe, as well as your first cocktail space. This space includes a full service bar and a chef-attended hibachi grill. It is furnished with patio tables, black chiavari chairs and heaters (if the weather requires), seasonal plants or foliage, and elegant outdoor lighting, and is available all night for your guests to enjoy. The Lounge Area, adjacent to the courtyard is used during the winter months. It offers built-in speakers to play soft, background music, provides a great space for photo booths or step and repeats, and is available all evening for guests to rest their ears.
The Main Cocktail Room overlooks the Grand Ballroom with four wrought iron Juliet balconies. It is furnished with high and low tables, gold chiavari chairs, votive candles for each table and a handicap accessible ramp. This space holds a chef-attended action station and a forty-foot mahogany food library, featuring a customizable ice sculpture and famous raw bar, as well as a full service bar and a black baby grand player piano for soft, background music.
