Cescaphe Event Group’s reputation is built on the care and passion we provide our brides and grooms and their guests, but it is hard for people to remember a Cescaphe Wedding without immediately thinking of our food. The Culinary Team and myself take great pride in this and are constantly working on the menu we offer our brides and grooms. We’re very excited to debut our new Spring & Summer menu offerings. With every new addition, we look at the latest food trends and seasonal offerings as we build custom menus for our weddings to keep each wedding unique and offer guests a food experience they have never seen at other weddings they’ve attended.

Fennel & Spinach Salad Fresh Crisp Spinach and Fennel Salad, Manchego Cheese, Herb Crouton, Dried Kalamata Olives and Champagne Strawberry Vinaigrette


Roasted Beets and Arugula Salad Roasted Beet Carpaccio, Baby Arugula and Summer Greens, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Toasted Marcona Almonds and Honey Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette



Filet Mignon Center-Cut Filet Mignon, seared to perfection, and served with a Roasted Shallot, Red Wine demi-glace


Orange Braised Short Ribs Orange BBQ Braised Beef Short Ribs in a Cabernet Wine reduction accompanied by roasted pearl onions, and a cornichon relish


Chilean Sea Bass Pan-Seared Chilean Seabass served with a Roasted Tomato Sofrito
