Led by our Executive Chef - Joe LaPorte, our Event Chefs will bring a superior level of creativity and flavor to your table. Our signature cocktail hour (actually hour and a half!) presentation and expert, personalized table-side service will impress your guests, giving them a sense of elegance and luxury. We will satisfy your hunger and your palate with global flavors and special dietary needs.

When you meet with your Event Coordinator, 90 days prior to your big day to design your menu, you will be able to explore recommendations and extensive menu selections. We will deliver not only gracious service to you and your guests, but creative cuisine as well.

Be inspired by the season! So many delicious foods are especially suited for the summer months. Bringing in fruity flavors will add even more seasonal flair. Our chefs love to play with fresh fruits and vegetables and the finest in meats and seafood… the options are endless (and delicious!).

Our Cescaphe Salad is a popular selection;  Spring Mix salad accompanied by fresh summer tomatoes, homemade mozzarella cheese,  topped with an olives tapenade and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette

 

Mango Sorbet is sure to cleanse your palette with its savory summer fruit taste!

Looking for more of a summer flare...  Brides and Grooms can meet with their Event Coordinator to discuss ways of incorporating either a Tropical mango salsa or a Balsamic tomato chutney or even a delicate Citrus beurre blanc sauce to the entree selections!
